Laughter Yoga was developed in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria, 

a Medical Doctor in Bombay, India. 

 

Laughter exercises are practiced along with

easy stretches and yogic breathing techniques.

 

No jokes or comedy

are needed.

 

When practiced in a group, forced laughter

quickly becomes real,

and the body and mind receive all the benefits.
